  • FHA Loan:  Must have 3 1/2-5% down and need at least a 620 credit score
  • VA Loan:  100% Financing, no money down, must be a veteran or veteran and spouse
  • USDA Loan:  100% Financing, no money down, rural loans with property and income restrictions  (The majority of homes within Palo Pinto County qualify for this type)
