From John: Before working with Carolyn to sell the house, I interviewed 3 Realtors in the area. Carolyn seemed to be the most driven and best advertiser out of the three. Thank goodness she didn't disappoint. She was not only able to get the house on the market and well advertised, but also worked with both me and the buyer to make sure the deal went as smoothly as possible. She's a very pleasent person to work with and will go out of her way to get the best possible deals for her clients.

Even when we became discouraged, she kept a positive attitude and continued researching homes that might suit our needs. We had a deadline as our former home had sold. From Bobbie: There is not enough space and time for me to write a proper review of this agent. She did not end up selling us a home due to our family's needs changing unexpectedly. However, she showed us homes in her area, researched homes for us even in other areas she did not represent and even contacted out of area agents for us to accomodate us. She was always punctual, never high pressure, considerate of our NEEDS for real estate and never tried to OVERSELL us . She is charismatic, a beautiful person inside and out and can be TRUSTED to act in your best interest at all times. I was disheartened that our plans changed, but if EVER I plan to relocate again , she will be the agent I turn to or refer others to.
